Community Sunday

Welcome the arrival of summer by assembling a wildflower seed throw. More commonly known as wildflower seed bombs, wildflower throws are small balls crafted from a blend of clay, compost, and wildflower seeds. They are designed to be thrown into hard-to-reach areas of the garden, transforming them into colorful wildflower areas. Seed throws can also be planted in pots and containers, creating mini wildflower gardens on your front steps, deck, or patio. This event is free and open to the public and is supported by the South Church Community Sunday initiative which seeks to support, engage, and nourish the East Hartford community and beyond. Please RSVP by Sunday, June 1 to ensure we have enough supplies.
