Hands on Hartford Presentation

South Church welcomes Stephanie Boyce, Co-Director of Housing, Homeless Prevention and Outreach, from Hands on Harford. The presentation will include an overview of Hands on Hartford’s 50+ year history serving the community, along with current programs and services.  It will also focus more closely on Hands on Hartford’s current homelessness response work, including their homeless outreach initiatives, homelessness prevention assistance and supportive housing program. All are welcome to attend.
